News: Consultation on the draft Child Minding and Day Care (Disqualification) (Wales) Regulations 2022

The Deputy Minister for Social Services has announced the launch of a consultation on the draft Child Minding and Day Care (Disqualification) (Wales) Regulations 2022.

These regulations are intended to replace the current Child Minding and Day Care (Disqualification) (Wales) Regulations 2010, including additional offences and updates to be included, and policy changes aimed at making some elements of the regulations fairer and more proportionate.
