Cwlwm is working strategically with DARPL (Diversity and Anti-Racist Professional Learning) to embed anti-racist practices in Childcare, Early Years and Playwork.
The self-study courses below are provided by Cwlwm in partnership with DARPL to introduce the concepts of anti-racist practice. There are two series of training, one aimed at Senior Leaders and one aimed at Practitioners.

DARPL Enhanced Leadership Series (ELS)
The series is suitable for those who have already completed the anti-racism Professional Learning CPEY series with DARPL and want to deepen their understanding and practice. There are 5 sessions in total (some in person in Swansea and others online. Participants need to commit to attending the whole series.).
